- Senior Principal Program Manager on Reddit's GTM Strategy & Operations team.
- Lead large-scale strategic initiatives, owning end-to-end processes, transforming methodologies

🎯 Requirements
- 8-12+ years in strategic program management, business transformation, or related fields.
- Background in Digital Media; platform + agency experience preferred.
- Executive communication skills; comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear recommendations.
- Experience leading change management across cross-functional teams.
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; owner mentality required.
