• R&D HR experience in a high-growth tech company
• 8+ years HR, 3+ years in senior PBP role
• Executive presence with C-suite influence
• Experience with Finance/GA collaboration
• Scale/growth leadership in rapid expansion
• Analytical mindset with data storytelling
