🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program or project management in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Experience as recruiter, sourcer, or recruiting coordinator
• Owner mindset with strong follow-up and delivery
• Excellent program/project management, highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders
• Experience in high-growth, changing environment
