📋 Description

• Lead multi-system initiatives across Growth & Talent; partner with Product, Recruiting
• Serve as functional specialist and delivery lead for Growth & Talent pod (TA, onboarding
• Drive end-to-end integrations across Greenhouse (ATS), Cornerstone (LMS/L&D), and Workday
• Manage backlog and ensure on-time delivery of high-visibility projects with executive sponsors.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in a People Technology/HRIS role with a Bachelor’s or 6+ years with a Master’s.
• Deep knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS), Cornerstone (LMS/D), Workday Talent & Performance.
• Delivery leadership in complex, multi-system HR tech initiatives; strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong problem solving, data mindset, and ability to analyze multi-application HR processes.
• Experience guiding agile teams; ability to facilitate workshops and mentor juniors.
• Strategic thinker with ability to anticipate future talent tech needs and system optimizations.
