- Lead litigation, eDiscovery, IP & brand protection ops
- Manage day-to-day support of litigation matters
- Coordinate holds, preservation notices, custodian tracking
- Partner with Eng/Security/IT/Product on ESI preservation
- Support document collections and productions
- Develop standardized workflows and SOPs
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal cert preferred
- 5+ years in Legal Ops, Lit-support, IP, or eDiscovery
- US litigation & preservation experience
- Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Exterro
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating with outside counsel
