VP of Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution
• Scale ops toward $150M+ revenue with cross-channel expansion
• Lead ERP implementation and data integrity initiatives
• Partner with CEO/CFO on budgets, margins, and KPI metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, and operations
• Built scalable systems and teams in high-growth consumer/CPG
• ERP/NetSuite implementation experience required
• Retail/online channel know-how, incl. DTC and prestige retail
• Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and comms
• West Coast-based preferred; remote-friendly with travel to SF
