Procurement Category Lead (3-month Fixed-Term)

📋 Description

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned to Moonpig’s commercial and business objectives.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Operations, Warehouse, Marketing, Finance
• Lead complex RFPs, tenders and sourcing projects from requirements to award.
• Manage warehouse, logistics, operational and marketing contracts with balance of cost, quality
• Drive change management across procurement initiatives with stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, consolidate spend and increase value.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong strategic/category procurement experience (ideally 5+ years).
• Proven supplier negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Significant SRM experience including governance and continuous improvement.
• Experience negotiating warehouse, operations/logistics and marketing contracts.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing at senior levels.
• Strong contract lifecycle management, analytical and communication skills.
