📋 Description

• Direct Care Worker (DCW) / Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients in Harrisburg area
• Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship per written plan of care
• Assist with activities of daily living and home support to help clients stay safe at home
• Work within BAYADA’s team to deliver compassionate, reliable care
• Flexible schedules available; part-time opportunities with local clients

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but training is provided
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to present, quality care and BAYADA values
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Excellent communication and reliability
