🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in progressive benefits roles with leadership
• Expertise in Canada and US benefits and compliance
• Experience with leave, disability, and complex cases
• Strong vendor/broker management and renewal negotiation
• Experience in benefits comms and employee education
• Analytical, with change management and mentoring skills
