- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in recruiting; healthcare experience required
- Full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, offers
- Healthcare licensure, credentialing, compliance knowledge
- Experience in high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong assessment, communication, and candidate-centric approach
- Proficient ATS usage; familiarity with SmartRecruiters
