People Operations Senior Analyst (Brazil)

📋 Description

• UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Ops team
• Support day-to-day UKG Pro operations and configuration
• Manage People Systems requests via Jira with clear stakeholder communication
• Build and enhance UKG Pro reports and dashboards
• Configure core UKG Pro modules: HR, timekeeping, accruals, scheduling
• Document processes and ensure scalable, well-governed systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years UKG Pro experience; strong in reporting (Cognos/UKG Reporting) and config
• Experience handling tickets in a system (Jira or similar)
• Customer-first mindset; responsive and clear in communication
• Attention to detail; data integrity; SOX controls preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities and day-to-day operations
• Clear, confident written and in-person communicator
