📋 Description

• The Area Manager focuses on developing and executing Phileo’s commercial strategy to drive sales
• Lead local team and align strategy with sub-region objectives.
• Execute the commercial plan to hit sales targets with local support and product promotion.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or Engineer Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in commercial/sales with team management.
• Strong background in animal nutrition and health; knowledge of local market players.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and buyers; contract terms understanding.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
