• Identify high potential companies for Klaviyo’s solution
• Collaborate with Mid-Market AEs on prospecting strategies
• Develop, test, iterate messaging across channels
• Share learnings to improve Outbound process

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in inbound/outbound BDR or similar
• Fluent Polish and English (written & verbal) essential
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Motivated to exceed goals
• Energetic, self-aware, detail oriented
• Experience in fast-paced environment
