Lead, Corporate Technical Accounting and Strategic Transactions

📋 Description

• Lead resolution of complex technical accounting matters
• Shape financial statement presentation and disclosures
• Own accounting for financing, investments, and equity-related arrangements
• Oversee impairment and asset recoverability assessments
• Advise on strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Translate conclusions into audit-ready memoranda and journal entries

🎯 Requirements

• CPA/CA or equivalent expertise
• 10+ years in technical accounting or related fields
• Broad US GAAP knowledge across corporate accounting, leases, instruments
• Experience with ASC 205, 230, 250, 260; 320, 321, 323, 326; 350, 360; 450, 460, 470, 480, 718, 805
• Strong technical memoranda and external auditor collaboration
• Excellent communication with senior leaders
