📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Stripe's GTM teams in EMEA.
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring objectives and strategies.
• Develop scalable recruiting changes to improve efficacy and reach.
• Track metrics and provide regular hiring progress reports to leadership.
• Develop sourcing plans to engage top talent and maintain an inclusive candidate pool.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments (in-house experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication and relationship-building with senior leaders.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive hiring outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset to identify trends and refine processes.
• Flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities.
