Intake & Engagement Specialist (Remote)

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary pre-intake point of contact for customers
• Educate caregivers, individuals with disorders, and clinicians
• Drive AAC device intake submissions and meet intake goals
• Explain trial process and set clear expectations
• Provide support throughout the customer journey

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
• 2 years of B2C/B2B customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online chat tools
• Ability to engage customers with personalized solutions
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Willingness to travel up to 2 times/year within the U.S.
