Quality Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Conducts case file review of all programs (Choices NCP, Choices TANF, SNAP, TAA, WIOA Adult/
• Manages surveillance of workforce activities and uses sampling, audit, and observation to evaluate
• Assists with creating and updating standard operating procedures
• Performs monthly center Personal Identifiable Information checks
• Provides policy clarification and technical support to center staff
• Writes, reviews, and updates quality improvement plan items

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years' QA, project management, audits, and quality improvement
• Knowledge of Quality Management principles and techniques
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to design and deliver presentations/programs
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
