📋 Description

• Lead development/learning solutions through curation and performance cycle alignment of enterprise
• Coordinate efforts across Learning & Training team and business stakeholders to provide
• Develop and manage content, communications, and operations of specific business training programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on learning solutions, partner with leaders on needs, determine
• Manage multiple projects and events to deliver learning solutions using adult learning best
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with OneHUB leaders, department heads, and SMEs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Learning/Development, Organizational Development, or Adult Education. Advanced
• Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management to address needs with solutions.
• Excellent relationship and collaboration skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with adult learning theory and learning technologies.
• Independent, proactive, and decisive; capable of driving initiative and innovation.
• Ability to present ideas/data concisely in written and oral form; strong multi-project management.
