📋 Description
- Supervise and oversee all employees at assigned programs daily.
- Monitor and coordinate services to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Fill direct service shifts and provide hands-on assistance, mentoring, and guidance.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings and support program implementation.
- Assist with daily living tasks and promote safety and personal growth for individuals served.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old; High school diploma or GED required.
- Two-year degree in related social services or two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Person-centered, patient, dependable, adaptable, and detailed-oriented.
- Strong communication and teamwork; ability to document care and follow support plans.
- Valid driver’s license, car, and car insurance.
