📋 Description

• Identify, attract and place top talent for current and future opportunities.
• Promote sourcing, interviewing and hiring best practices to align with needs.
• Drive timelines and diversity talent initiatives, programs and events.
• Partner with client groups to design recruitment strategies and manage the process.
• Lead continuous improvement in staffing processes and data storytelling.
• Present at meetings/trainings to improve interviewing and hiring skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of recruiting experience.
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Proactive, results-driven with ability to multi-task multiple requisitions.
• High-volume, high-quality recruitment across multiple skill sets.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/ATS experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and client service skills.
