HR Partner

📋 Description

• Client facing HR partner supporting COEs and HRBLs
• Provide high-touch, face-to-face HR support and resolve complex issues
• Collaborate with People Services to deliver cyclical processes
• Act as liaison between client groups and HR teams to escalate and resolve issues
• Customize solutions with COEs to meet business needs
• Lead delivery of recurring HR services and core processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years HR experience in client-facing roles
• 8+ years in HR/COE or related roles
• 5+ years global/distributed work environment
• Experience in shared services and project management
• Bachelor’s in business or HR field preferred
• Proficient in English and Spanish
