- Oversee partner performance and governance for assigned engagements.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery health across partners.
- Escalate issues and drive corrective actions with leadership.
- Partner onboarding, transitions, and capacity planning oversight.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve service outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in service delivery, vendor governance, or related ops roles.
- Experience with governance frameworks, scorecards, and reviews.
- Ability to manage third-party performance against SLAs/KPIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms beneficial.
