📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where
• Promote products, fashion trends and store stories to customers
• Support with garment care, stock replenishment and keeping the store and back of house clean
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas; contribute to attractive merchandise displays
• Assist with opening/closing and store operations, following H&M guidelines

• Passionate about fashion with strong product knowledge
• Customer-focused, communicative, creative and collaborative
• Experience in sales or customer service in fashion/retail
