📋 Description
- Lead development and learning solutions aligned to performance cycles.
- Coordinate across Learning & Training with stakeholders; evaluate learning.
- Develop and manage content, comms, and operations of specific training programs.
- Serve as subject matter expert; align needs with leaders and present options.
- Manage multiple projects/events using adult learning best practices.
- Establish relationships with OneHUB leaders and SMEs; onboard new hires.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; 5+ years experience.
- Strong consulting skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong relationship and collaboration skills; effective communication.
- Experience with adult learning theory and learning technologies.
- Independent, proactive, and innovative; quick decision maker.
- Ability to present ideas/data concisely; capable of multi-project management.
