People Transformation Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end optimization of People processes using AI.
• Redesign onboarding, performance, and offboarding for scale.
• Build AI-powered workflows to save time and improve accuracy.
• Partner with PeopleOps and leaders to drive adoption of process changes.
• Shape Extend's broader AI strategy across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in HR transformation, people analytics, or related roles.
• Experience optimizing operational processes.
• Hands-on with AI tools (Glean, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Gemini).
• Strong data analysis/visualization skills (Excel/Sheets, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, engagement metrics.
• Excellent communication; ability to translate data for non-technical audiences.
