🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in technology, professional services or
• Strong understanding of tech roles including software development, engineering, data science
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as Lever and Get On Board
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
