Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to translate needs into requirements.
• Audit existing products/workflows for retention/redesign/removal.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Own delivery of core HRIS modules (Core HR and Time Off).
• Partner with Design and AI-assisted Development to maintain a pipeline of ready-to-build

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM experience in B2B SaaS / HR Tech / enterprise software.
• Strong experience creating PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, specs.
• Strong product sense for B2B/admin interfaces.
• Understanding of complex workflows, data-dense tables, permissions, RBAC.
• Hands-on with Figma and participating in design reviews.
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira/Linear.
