📋 Description

• Executive Messaging & Strategic Advisory: advise senior P&C on tone, exec comms, all-hands
• Cause-and-Effect Impact Analysis: assess downstream impact of P&C initiatives on employees.
• Change Communications Strategy: plan narrative, channels, and leadership communications for org
• Cultural Narrative & Talent Storytelling: shape cohesive narrative across employee and
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align internal/external messaging with exec leadership, marketing
• Measurement & Feedback: establish metrics to refine strategy and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years (Director) or 12+ years (Senior Director) in communications.
• Experience leading comms strategy in hyper-growth or complex global orgs.
• Strong editorial judgment; able to influence senior leaders on messaging, timing, channels.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary comms, creative, or talent brand teams.
• Deep understanding of change dynamics and messaging risk management.
• Ownership mindset with diplomacy, empathy, and sound judgment.
