- Lead Field Development for Attruby Sales leadership team as Field Development Director (FDD)
- Act as liaison between sales leadership and field; drive operational excellence and support
- Report to SVP Sales and sit on Sales Leadership Team (SLT)
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required
- Product/indication launch experience in competitive markets
- Strong leadership, analytics, strategy, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute plans; high accountability
- Excellent communication and remote engagement skills
