Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including
• Assist with ADLs, household tasks, meal prep, shopping, budgeting, goals, appointments, and
• Maintain a clean, safe, supportive living environment.
• Promote independence, personal choice, and life skills.
• Support ISPs and document progress accurately for program/regulatory requirements.
• Observe changes and communicate with supervisors and team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills for documentation/communication
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Willingness to assist with personal cares and ADLs
