📋 Description
- Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, and enablement resources.
- Build role-based learning pathways with HR and business stakeholders.
- Develop materials for AI platforms (Claude, Copilot, Perplexity).
- Create prompt examples, use-case guides, and AI playbooks for non-technical audiences.
- Teach responsible AI usage for business activities and learning design.
- Coordinate learning calendars and adoption activities.
🎯 Requirements
- 7–10 years in Learning & Development, Enablement, or related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable learning programs and enablement resources.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology adoption and upskilling programs.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Perplexity).
- Strong skills in prompt writing, AI output evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to translate AI concepts for non-technical audiences; strong facilitation.
