📋 Description

• Grow merchant base and engage online merchants for Coins.ph payments.
• Drive partnerships and demos to show value to merchants.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract and onboarding.
• Support onboarding and activation with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships and be primary contact for merchants.
• Track results, exceed targets, and share market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (FinTech/payments/e-commerce
• Strong communication and negotiation; capable of closing deals.
• Organized, proactive, fast-paced, target-driven.
• Familiarity with QR Ph, gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce integrations a strong plus.
• Team player, able to work independently.
