📋 Description

• Coordinate local implementation of group compliance and sanctions for China.
• Serve as China contact for overseas entities and global policy owners.
• Provide market context to support policy design and controls.
• Engage leaders to identify pain points and plan actions.
• Track issues and document decisions with timely follow-up.
• Communicate China issues and updates to global teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in compliance, financial crime, sanctions, risk or policy implementation.
• Strong governance, policy interpretation, and stakeholder advisory skills.
• Familiarity with cross-border payments, KYC/CDD/EDD, AML/CTF, screening.
• Ability to translate global requirements into local guidance for China.
• Strong written and verbal English and Chinese communication.
• Strong execution, tracking, documentation, and multi-workstream delivery.
