🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, L&D, Business, Manufacturing
- 10+ years delivering career development, mobility, reskilling, or redeployment strategies.
- Experience implementing enterprise career development strategies during
- Ability to integrate workforce planning, talent architecture, and job architecture into multi-year
- Proven leadership of large-scale learning, talent, or redeployment initiatives with measurable
- Strong understanding of job architecture, leveling, compensation methodologies, HRIS/talent
