• The Area Manager focuses on developing and executing Phileo’s commercial strategy in his/her
• Strategy Development: Align local strategy with Phileo’s Sub-Region objectives, adapting to local
• Execution & Sales Growth: Implement the commercial strategy to hit sales targets, including
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with regional/national authorities, coordinate with Phileo
• A strategic, results-driven role requiring strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Education/experience required: Master’s degree or Engineer Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years experiences in commercial/sales activity, include sales team management.
• Strong background & knowledge in animal nutrition and health, knowledge of the local target
• Ability to leverage sales negotiation techniques and negotiate with suppliers for specific
• Solid experience in sales & negotiation role.
• Fluent English and any other language is a plus.
