• Coordinate logistics and track training outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field
• 3+ years in training, instructional design, or workforce development
• Experience needs assessments and learning solution design
• Experience creating instructional materials and facilitating adult learning
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation methods
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
