CENTRAL & EAST EUROPE & CENTRAL ASIA SUB-REGION MANAGER (M/F)

📋 Description

• Lead Phileo Sub-Region strategy, sales growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Drive commercial strategies, manage area managers and local sales teams.
• Facilitate high-level customer relationships and align with global objectives.
• Oversee cross-functional activities to grow Sub-Region business.
• Travel frequently to manage and develop markets (approx. 50% travel).
• Ensure long-term plans and action roll-outs across the Sub-Region.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or Engineer Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in management of sales teams.
• Strong knowledge in animal nutrition and health; market familiarity.
• Structured planner with long-term activity and action plan experience.
• Ability to decode customer organizations and identify influencers/decision-makers.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
