📋 Description

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, database, referrals
• Screening: talk to candidates to match roles
• Shadowing: candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues
• Networking: build relationships with candidates and clients
• Involved in recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, meetings, interviews, systems updates
• Advertise positions and liaise with external agencies

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English and Dutch verbal/written skills
• Approachable, proactive, energetic; able to work under pressure
• At least 1 year in customer/client-facing roles
• Experience in recruitment and social media is a plus
• HR/TA degree or related experience is an asset
