- Lead and grow Starlink Enterprise Accounts for state and local programs
- Build strategy and growth plans for government-subsidized Starlink adoption
- Develop and manage a high-performing team, prioritizing scalable processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations to automate where possible
- Own the customer interface from contract signature through onboarding and ongoing relationship
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years working with State & Local executives to support a technical product/service
- 4+ years of direct people management experience
- Exceptional customer interface and communication skills across levels
- Strong negotiation, risk management, and project governance capabilities
- Experience scaling teams and programs in fast-paced environments
