📋 Description

• This is a senior leadership role overseeing a complex, high-visibility program for federal
• End-to-end accountability for program performance, strategy, financials, compliance, and execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across PMO, security, infrastructure, data, and testing.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, technology, and delivery operations in a FedRAMP environment.
• Provide strategic advisory on risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Remote role with collaboration across senior leaders and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years of senior management in large, regulated programs.
• 15+ years CMS program experience; ACA risk adjustment operations and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience leading technical/administrative teams and managing subcontractors.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic capability.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; US residence requirement.
