• Bachelors or equivalent degree, health-related preferred.
• Monitoring experience required (minimum 3 years).
• Strong communication, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven planning, organizational skills, and ability to manage risk and drive process improvements.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to change.
