- Develop as a da Vinci Surgery tech and sales expert
- Train across primary surgical specialties in the territory
- Support regional da Vinci systems through demos and in-services
- Balance technical, clinical, and sales responsibilities in first two years
- Lead product demos, in-services, and customer trainings
- Collaborate with local sales teams to drive adoption
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience
- Fluent in English and local language as required
- Ambitious with strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
