• 12-month Management Trainee program with fast-track to leadership roles
• Start contributing from day one in daily operations at branches
• Rotate across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance
• Potential to lead a position anywhere in Spain after program
• Work closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job

🎯 Requirements

• Growth mindset; degree or experience in sales, customer service, tourism, hospitality, or management
• Leadership potential and entrepreneurial spirit; take initiative
• Strong communication in English; other languages a plus
• Proactive attitude; able to work independently and solve problems
• Willingness to relocate and move between locations; driving license valid in Spain
