Senior Market Manager, Vietnam (Bangkok based)

📋 Description

• Own Homes business growth in Vietnam and maintain competitive supply.
• Collaborate with teams as the local in-market expert, driving acquisition and retention.
• Develop scalable localized supply management strategies for markets.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Core Hosts in the market.
• Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and support teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in partnership, business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in Tech; travel tech is a plus.
• Vietnam experience is a must; fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Strong time management, data-driven decision making, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus).
• Ability to travel to Vietnam as needed; comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with hosts via multiple channels.
