- Lead global internship, internship-like, and early-career programs from strategy to execution and
- Provide strategic talent advisory to senior leaders, HR, and talent teams translating workforce
- Shape global strategies for internships, apprenticeships, traineeships, and other pathways to
- Apply workforce intelligence to inform planning, investments, and priorities across regions.
- Build scalable operating models and governance to enable consistent global execution with regional
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across HR, TA, HR Ops, Finance, Communications, Legal, and
🎯 Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years leading enterprise-wide programs in HR, Talent, or related fields.
- Strategic leadership: Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Program management: Manage complex, global, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Talent expertise: Deep understanding of emerging talent, workforce strategy, and skills-based
- Emerging talent experience: Building or scaling internships, apprenticeships, or similar
- Workforce intelligence and planning: Use labor market data and analytics to support strategic
