🎯 Requirements

• Proven HR Business Partner experience across multiple countries; CRO/pharma experience required, PV
• Degree or HR qualification (BA/BS minimum)
• Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance
• Experience in workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement
• Data-driven, commercially minded; translate people insights into action
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building; travel willingness to stay close to business
