Event Producer

📋 Description

• Support Executive Producer and Project Manager in all production aspects
• Lead production for Candlelight concerts, from pre-production to post-event wrap-up
• Coordinate third-party vendors and on-site teams for concerts in the Nordics and beyond
• Develop production timelines and ensure schedule adherence
• Manage permits, insurance, and travel across time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in event production and experiential marketing
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus
• Strong contract and budget management experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with project tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
