📋 Description

• Join North America Contracts team (US and Canada) at Carta Law
• Support lawyers with first-round markups of NDAs and commercial contracts
• Manage document lifecycles, deadlines, and execution with counterparties
• Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-volume, high-quality work
• Develop commercial and legal expertise over time, potentially owning client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 0-1+ years experience; bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent preferred
• Exposure to NDAs is a plus but not required
• Motivated, curious, eager to learn and grow in legal practice
• Organized, efficient, able to manage competing deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional client-facing skills
• Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently and flag issues
