📋 Description
- Work with Clinical Sales Manager to learn technical, clinical, and sales aspects.
- Train to be a da Vinci Surgery tech and sales expert in primary surgical specialties.
- Develop robotics programs in the assigned territory.
- First year focus on technical/clinical; second year focus on sales.
- Support region by maximizing system utilization via demos and sales.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year sales or 1 year leadership experience.
- Fluent in English and local language as required.
- Able to travel up to 70%.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Team player with high energy in a fast-paced environment.
