📋 Description

• Achieve store sales goals through authentic guest experiences
• Provide product education on features, benefits, fabric, usage, design and care
• Maintain an excellent guest experience and store atmosphere
• Engage with customers, build relationships, and communicate community culture
• Support day-to-day store operations and integrity of the ALO brand

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years preferred in client-centric sales environment
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to deliver exceptional experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team
• Confident with learning and communicating product knowledge
• Comfort with moving around the store and assisting guests
• Willingness to work 4+ hour shifts and up to 30 hours per week (part-time)
